<\/a>Actress Sophia Bush is best known for playing Brooke Davis on the TV show One Tree Hill in the 2000s and more recently Erin Lindsay in the police drama series Chicago P.D. Her Hollywood experience also includes directing and producing, and, most recently, Bush added another credential to her resume \u2013 interior designer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the help of talented creatives and ELLE D\u00e9cor<\/a>, a power design team transformed a Hollywood Hills 1,600-square-foot 1950\u2019s bungalow into a midcentury property that dreams are made of. \u201cRestoring this house and bringing it back to its midcentury splendor has been such a joy,\u201d she says. Bush worked in collaboration with ELLE D\u00e9cor along with interior designer Jake Alexander Arnold<\/a>, landscaper John Alden Sharp<\/a>, and contractor Orie Prince<\/a> on the yearlong renovation of the home that resides on the property next to her main residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the standout features of the reimagined home is the dramatic 13-foot-long custom kitchen island that is topped with Caesarstone 4001 Fresh Concrete<\/a>, a crisp neutral enriched by delicate grey features with a matte finish. The lightly colored concrete design breathes warmth and organic energy into any room. \u201cI wanted a kitchen that was functional AND beautiful. The countertops are Caesarstone\u2019s Fresh Concrete. They are stunning and warm,\u201d said Bush. With the addition of light wood accessories, fresh greenery, and white cabinets, the spaces feels earthy, bright, and airy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
